These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 17bet platform ("Platform") and all services operated under it. By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you ("User") acknowledge that you agree to all the provisions set out in these Terms.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 17bet support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions on 17bet, we take identity verification steps. Before a withdrawal request or at any time, 17bet may ask you to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

17bet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example:

• ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• A bonus applies only to the account it was credited to — it cannot be transferred to another account.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the set time limit; otherwise the bonus will expire.
• 17bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

5.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 17bet announces an exception for specific circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If there is suspicion of match manipulation for any event, 17bet reserves the right to void the bets.
• If manipulation attempts are detected from multiple devices or IP addresses, the account will be suspended.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or harm other users.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
